Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of RemindDocs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use RemindDocs.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when you register.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these terms to use the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the documents, photos, and information you store in RemindDocs. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you — for example, to render your documents, send reminder emails, and power the assistant and OCR features you choose to use.

You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and store the content you add.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Upload content that infringes someone else’s rights.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • RemindDocs offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan, billed through Stripe.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel any time from your dashboard; your Pro plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee

RemindDocs is designed to help you keep track of important dates, but reminder delivery can be affected by factors outside our control (for example, email delivery issues). RemindDocs is a helpful tool, not a substitute for your own record-keeping for legally or financially critical deadlines.

Service availability

We aim to keep RemindDocs reliable and available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, and we’ll try to give you reasonable notice of significant changes.

Termination

You may stop using RemindDocs and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

RemindDocs is provided “as is” To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
