This page explains how RemindDocs uses cookies and similar browser storage. We keep this to the minimum needed to run the service — we don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Essential cookies

These are required for the app to work and can’t be turned off:

• Authentication: keeps you signed in between visits, set by our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Security: helps protect against cross-site request forgery on forms.

Preference storage

We store your chosen display language locally in your browser so the app opens in your preferred language next time. This isn’t shared with any third party.

Payment provider cookies

If you go through checkout, our payment processor (Stripe) may set its own cookies on its hosted checkout page to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. These are governed by Stripe’s own privacy and cookie practices.

What we don’t use

We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t sell or share cookie data with data brokers or ad networks.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Because the essential cookies above are required to keep you signed in, blocking them will prevent you from using your RemindDocs account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
